About Hazzadfab
Hazzadfab is a locally owned small business based in Newcastle, NSW. Our aim is to provide reliable and affordable products and services to a range of industries including manufacturing, large and small business and automotive enthusiasts.
Hazzadfab is a certified Cerakote applicator, specialising in high temp coatings.
Hazzadfab’s in house 4ft X 8ft cnc plasma table enables us to provide Hazzadfab’s own cnc cut product line, plus custom parts to customers requirements. We have a range of other machines and tooling to allow a range of other services and products to be provided.
The Owner
Hazzadfab’s owner, Dazza Heaney, is a Newcastle local, 4wd enthusiast, with a background including, resin moulding, fitter/machinist trade, underground maintenance fitter and currently marine engineering. Dazza will be using his past and current experiences to evolve Hazzadfab into a business that can provide a broad range of products and services.
Products, Services and Equipment
Hazzadfab is a Certified Cerakote applicator, specialising in high temp coatings for items such as exhausts, headers, manifolds, engine parts, brake Calipers, specialised piston coating, and other items such as brackets, bolts, tooling, etc In house sand blasting and surface prep for the application of Cerakote will provide a single place to have the whole process completed.
We aim to provide an affordable service to the small consumer that only requires small runs of product. Dazza has experienced in the past, difficulty finding a cnc laser/plasma service that offers affordable runs of small quantities. Hazzadfab will be aiming to rectify this.
We have a number of other machines/equipment which includes a Manual Mill and Manual Lathe. We will be slowly adding other machines and services in the future.
