Within this Policy
Hazzadfab means, Hazzadfab (abn 21360332048) of PO Box 5244 Kahibah LPO NSW 2290. Other Manufacturer/Supplier means, (not Hazzadfab) but a supplier of a product for Hazzadfab to on-sell.
Hazzadfab Product
Customer, upon receiving the product and within 10 days.
If a part, product or goods, upon receipt, is faulty or not as described, Hazzadfab will exchange or refund the item.
All returns are subject to Hazzadfab receiving the product in its original condition and packaging within 10 working days of receipt of the product. And Hazzadfab reviewing the product.
Warranty
Hazzadfab warrants the Hazzadfab products against defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period. If defective materials or workmanship become apparent within the warranty period Hazzadfab will review the warranty claim and replace or repair the defective product.
General wear and tear on a product caused by the use of product for what it was designed for is not covered under warranty.
Unless otherwise stated, the period of warranty for Hazzadfab products is 2 years from date of purchase.
Other Manufacturer/Suppliers Product
If a part, product or goods supplied by Hazzadfab, but is not a Hazzadfab produced product (therefore the product is produced or manufactured by another supplier or manufacturer and sold by Hazzadfab) is faulty or not as described.
The customer will return the product to Hazzadfab, who will then return the product to Supplier or Manufacturer of the product, the Supplier or Manufacturer, following their returns and warranty policies will determine the outcome.
Returns Process
Contact Hazzadfab with a description of the product and the problem/issue. Include photo’s where possible.
